Zachary A. Silverstein is an employment, commercial, and real estate attorney.
Mr. Silverstein represents individuals and employers in discrimination, harassment, civil rights, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and whistleblower matters in state and federal courts, as well as in state and federal agencies. In addition, he has regularly represented clients in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and complex collective and class action litigation.
Mr. Silverstein acts as outside counsel for clients in numerous aspects of planning and risk management, including business structures and transactions, employment and human resources counseling, contract negotiation, and internal investigations in compliance and employment matters.
Mr. Silverstein is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
