Maria F. Paratore
Associate Attorney
Maria focuses her practice on a variety of business and commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes and real estate matters. Her primary area of practice is business litigation, where, for the most part, she handles disputes within a business, such as shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, or membership disputes. These disputes often arise from one party claiming “minority oppression” or “freezeout/squeeze out” by a majority of the business owners or violations of the fiduciary duties that business partners owe to the company and each other.
