Before and during law school, Anthony J. Beldecos worked in several positions with the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and with the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Beldecos’ experience as a business, real estate and estate planning attorney since 1980 has established him as an effective representative in these technically complicated areas of law.
His clients range from individual proprietors to businesses with hundreds of employees. Mr. Beldecos’ practice includes forming corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. He also represents clients in matters relating to real estate acquisitions, real estate sales, leasing and financing, liquor licensing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, estate planning, probate and zoning.
He negotiates and prepares shareholder, buy-sell and partnership agreements, and represents clients in business transfers, corporate reorganizations and commercial landlord tenant litigation.
Mr. Beldecos is fluent in Greek and uses that ability to effectively represent his Greek speaking clients and numerous non-profit Greek community organizations.
