In January, Lundy, Beldecos & Milby celebrated the addition of its newest partner, Brenda Glaser Abrams.
Ms. Abrams has over 30 years of legal experience advising professional and closely-held corporations, associations, limited liability companies, and partnerships on a variety of legal issues. Since 1996, she also has focused her practice on representing and advising health care providers in corporate and business matters, including shareholder, operating, partnership, and employment agreements, practice acquisitions and mergers, real estate acquisitions and leasing, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and compliance with the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute. She also represents technology start-ups and accelerators, and writers, artists, and other creatives, in corporate, real estate, and business transactions.
