Our Corporate Group has decades of contract and corporate legal experience representing small to medium sized businesses and professional practices from a wide variety of industries. The Corporate Law and Real Estate Practices have been the twin pillars that our firm has been built upon for 30 years. Our experience, accessibility and responsiveness have led thousands of clients to rely on us to their satisfaction.

Our Corporate Group will help guide you through all phases of the ownership and operation of a business. We assist with the creation of contracts, the selection of the appropriate legal entity giving consideration to the tax and liability considerations and the ability to design your business through freedom of contract. We help you form the entity, obtain the right to use your business name, register the name to limit others right to use a similar name, file the appropriate Articles of Incorporation or Certificate of Formation.

We will work with you to create the Bylaws, Shareholders Agreement, Operating Agreement, or Partnership Agreement to accurately reflect the rights and responsibilities among the business owners and investors. We assist with financing, leasing, licensing and registration of your new business with the appropriate boards, agencies and governmental entities.

For your established business, we help with routine corporate or other annual or periodic filings, resolutions, sales, acquisitions, financing and other corporate legal matters. We will help you with your corporate processes, preparation of a standard form contract and negotiate and document your occasional business deals in a manner that will help you achieve your desired result and help protect you from liability or excessive expenses if a deal goes bad.

Our goal is to help you succeed and prosper at rates that don’t break the bank so that you will partner with us for all of your corporate law needs over the long term. Give us a call and let us explain how we can help.
